Works really good, but we had an incident where the bee stung my husband, and then just kept following him. I tried fogging him like I would have with the smoker. But in such a case, it wasn't as helpful. Other question, I'm one of the early doctors from Kickstarter, met you at EAS. I was hoping to get one of these for my son's birthday at the end of August, but they always seem to be on backorder. Any chance I'd be able to get one in time for the end of August or look for something else? Thank you, Valerie.

Regarding availability, the next batch is being manufactured right now, but they will take until October or November to assemble. It's still early days and we're working on improving the device with each iteration based on learnings, so that's why it's always out of stock. Maybe a holiday gift for your son rather that a birthday gift? Thank you for your interest!

The smoker & oil work very well & is extremely handy to have. My only issue has been to make sure I stir the smoke so it is oriented on its back because I’ve had issues with the oil leaking. The oil is too expensive to have it leaking!

Smoker fuel has a great smell and works on driving the bees back down into the box. Both bottles I ordered leaked in shipment and were only about two thirds full which is why I gave it four stars.
Store owner replied: Hey David, I'm sorry about that, I'll send you another bottle tomorrow. That is really odd, I'm using Chubby Gorilla unicorn bottles that are considered premium bottles, I'll look if perhaps I'm not tightening them well enough.
